Our business approach allows you to purchase the materials from our detailed "project-specific" materials list, with the location of where cost list was compiled from (Home Depot, etc.). Saving clients 20-25% in upfront costs. We then couple that with various combinations of discounts decreasing the cost more. On top of that we add "LITTLE TO NO UPFRONT LABOR FEES", and we can make your project happen. Lastly, when necessary, we can seperate large projects into segments of small projects and build the project in sections --such as: a whole yard remodel, we can start with the patio or a corner of the yard, then next project remodel the next little section.

Small projects usually daily, as we finish projects faster than predicted (most often the same day as the start date). Large projects will have pay periods fully described on the contract details--and will be explained thoroughly so all parties completely understand what they are expected to be getting for every bit of money spent, as well as expected timelines of project completion.
